The software that I used for the construction of the film that we made was adobe premiere. It was very useful throughout the whole process. It helped us in creating a film that looked professional and not tacky. From right at the beginning it was very easy in finding out how to use the software and when you got the hang of it, you were able to use such things as animations, sounds and cropping clips. We used all three of these in the creation of our film. I did most the editing on our film which meant that it was up to me to make the film look professional. As I did most of the editing it meant that I felt more comfortable using the software adobe premiere. We also used YouTube to upload our film and make people able to watch it whenever they want. 

For the creation of our film we didn't actually use much equipment. To do the filming we used my Iphone 5s because we knew that it had just as good quality camera as the cameras provided from the school. We were right, when filming we had no problems you could hear all the analogue through the phone so it was perfect. At one point in the film we did use a tri pod which helped us steady out the camera on the action scenes. If we did not use the tri pod the camera would of been very shaky which we felt make it look very poor, this is why we used the tri pod to keep the professionalism of the film.

Overall there were many positives and negatives with the software and hardware that we were using, most of them being positives. A couple were the fact that for me it was fairly simple to use yet it had such an impact in making our film look real and professional. When using Adobe Premiere it gave us many options that we could of used on our films for example all the animations and transitions with the themes as well. These were all positives as they gave us so many opportunities to improve our film. However there were a couple of negatives with using the software that we used. For the other two members that were in my group they found the software very confusing and difficult to use so this meant that I had to be the main editor for the film. One last negative for the software was the fact that a couple of times the software was experiencing technical difficulties and it shut down this only happened a couple of times but it meant for this lesson we were unable to improve and edit our film.

There were several times where technology was being used to create the production. For example right at the start of production when we were filming we were using the technology off my phone with the camera to film the scenes. Then later on in the production when we came back into the school and used the computers to upload our scenes onto Adobe Premiere, and then used Adobe Premiere to create our film through editing it. We also used technologies to find music to put in the background of our film and then finally using the technology of YouTube to publish our film for everyone to see it. These were all the technology we used in the creation of our production.
