From this poster of the recent superhero film Deadpool you can easily identify what sort of film it is going to be. However some audience members might find it a bit confusing and be totally unsure about what this film could be about. Normally when posters are released of superhero films they are made to look dramatic and intense to pull in audience members and get them attracted to the look of the film in hope that they will visit the cinema to watch it. However with this film poster it is the complete opposite, it is clear that the film is a superhero film because the main character on the poster is wearing what looks to be like a superhero costume but that character does not look serious at all. They are pulling a funny sort of pose which tells the audience that this is not going to be any normal superhero film as it will have a sort of comedy feel to it. You can also see from the poster that the main character has a rucksack on and it looks just like a normal rucksack that a young child would wear to school once again showing that the superhero that stars in this film will not be your stereotypical superhero.
However even though there are parts of this poster that show that this film will not be your typical superhero film there are also a couple that show that it will be one of your stereotypical superhero films. Firstly as you can see from the films title on the poster it is bold and stands out this is to attracts the audience. The title is in the colour red, this can show us the audience that there could be a love story within this film as the colour red connotes love, it could also tell us that there is going to be fighting within this film as the colour red also connotes blood. In the background of the poster you can see that this film might be set within a large city like most superhero films this is a stereotypical part of superhero films. Also in the background you can see plenty of explosions which tells the audience that there is still going to be plenty of exciting action within this film even if it might not be your typical superhero film.

Digital Technology The software that I used for the construction of the film that we made was adobe premiere. It was very useful throughout the whole process. It helped us in creating a film that looked professional and not tacky. From right at the beginning it was very easy in finding out how to use the software and when you got the hang of it, you were able to use such things as animations, sounds and cropping clips. We used all three of these in the creation of our film. I did most the editing on our film which meant that it was up to me to make the film look professional. As I did most of the editing it meant that I felt more comfortable using the software adobe premiere. We also used YouTube to upload our film and make people able to watch it whenever they want.  For the creation of our film we didn't actually use much equipment. How have I improved my conventions of real media texts? In this post I will be talking about both my projects and how both of them look like professional media projects. For my first project which was my AS it was not very successful with looking like a real media project. It looked very fake and looked like there was not a lot of care taken with creating the titles for example. There were no animations that were involved in the titles they just appeared on the screen and this made it look really poor and uninteresting. However when it came to creating our A2 project my group made it known to each other that we must make the titles make look more interesting. We done this by adding animations to each one. For example on the first title that came up we used a fade in which meant the title disappeared into the back of the screen.
