SCRIPT- RACE AGAINST TIME

      GHALIB:   I need to get a job done, how much would it cost.                                                                                     Ok listen Ive got £50 grand if you do it by this time next week understand?
                  Ok I will be in contact with you in the next couple of days.

Luke:         You pay me 40 grand and I’ll get it done as soon as possible
                  Yes I understand
                  Okay that’s fine ill speak to you soon

Callum D:  (Walking down the road casually minding his own business)
                   (Callum and callum are about to get into their car.)
                   (Both thugs jump out of a car as it pulls up alongside of callum and throw a couple of                           punches in attempt to get callum in the car.)

Callum D: (SCREAMING) who you are! Get off me!
                  (Kidnappers throw callum in the boot, slam boot and drive anyway.)

Ghalib: (Sitting in a dark room picks up his phone and rings Callum)
             Callum I have your brother but there is no need to worry transfer me £1 million and he will                  be safe. 

Ghalib: (Phone rings no caller ID)

Callum: You’re getting none of my money, im going to track your down and get my brother back.
              (We are going to slam the door out of the house and come round the corner.)
              (A range of fighting scenes are then recorded callum beats up all of Ghalib thugs.)
              (Callum then slowly walks into a dark room where callum is tied up in a chair and Ghalib is                standing by his side)

Callum: It’s all over

Ghalib: You wish
            (They both pull out a gun on each other)
            BANG!!!

Digital Technology

Digital Technology The software that I used for the construction of the film that we made was adobe premiere. It was very useful throughout the whole process. It helped us in creating a film that looked professional and not tacky. From right at the beginning it was very easy in finding out how to use the software and when you got the hang of it, you were able to use such things as animations, sounds and cropping clips. We used all three of these in the creation of our film. I did most the editing on our film which meant that it was up to me to make the film look professional. As I did most of the editing it meant that I felt more comfortable using the software adobe premiere. We also used YouTube to upload our film and make people able to watch it whenever they want.  For the creation of our film we didn't actually use much equipment. How have I improved my conventions of real media texts?

How have I improved my conventions of real media texts? In this post I will be talking about both my projects and how both of them look like professional media projects. For my first project which was my AS it was not very successful with looking like a real media project. It looked very fake and looked like there was not a lot of care taken with creating the titles for example. There were no animations that were involved in the titles they just appeared on the screen and this made it look really poor and uninteresting. However when it came to creating our A2 project my group made it known to each other that we must make the titles make look more interesting. We done this by adding animations to each one. For example on the first title that came up we used a fade in which meant the title disappeared into the back of the screen.
